I own a private pre-school

I supervise a staff of 30, 422 children and hundreds of parents. I work on staff development, curriculum and signing up new students, also disciplining children.

How did you get your job?
I started my own pre-school when I graduated from college but I started working in day care at age 14. 

What is your approximate salary range?
$60,000 - $70,000

What perks or other tangible benefits do you get?
I make my own hours, I have total control, and my own children were always with me.

What are the best and worst parts of your job?
The best parts are that I am my own boss and the children are so amazing to work with. It's so rewarding to share in their growth.  The worst part is that I am responsible for the job security of 30 people, the safety of 422 children, and I have to please hundreds of parents and grandparents.
