The MBRT created the BeWhatIWantToBe.com website specifically for Maryland's middle and high school students as a part of our Achievement Counts campaign. Students are encouraged to create free personal accounts and begin setting goals in life, career and learning. (Currently, the website does not accept non-Maryland students.)

BeWhatIWantToBe.com is a safe site that does NOT have “chat” capabilities. Actual student identities are unknown to the site owners, MBRT (please see About Us section) to other users. Email addresses are collected for the sole purpose of verifying one-account-per-student. MBRT does not publish or share email addresses.

Parents, educators and other interested groups are encouraged to visit pages throughout the site, particularly our Privacy and Security Statement and our Legal Statement.

MBRT welcomes all suggestions for improvement, questions or concerns.
